vrs spoiker resray

Featured Replies

Has any body had to have it resprayed because bubleing up? My blackline started to do it but when the body shop resprayed it the paint just wouldnt cling. Any one had experiance of this?

The body shop are after a brand new spoiler, but i feel skoda wont autherise a new spoiler because all of this is being done under warrenty.

So at the moment I must have the most unique race blue vrs, being it spoilerless haha.

Thinking of doing it then nick?

Mine is bubbling up. Looked like a bird poo stain at first then started to get bad.

Ive been told it needs a full respray rather than just new laquer

My 07 rear spoiler was resprayed last Aug because the red was fading and I had t-cut it 5-6 times. Looks great no problems.

Had my 07 one done too,no problems ether.

Try a search, paint/laquer issues on the vRS spoiler are wide spread and well documented.

I'm suprised it's still an issue on even the last of the MkII's.
