Welcome! I had the deadlock door issue with my backdoors. I had to gaffer tape my windows to the roof and take my doors appart from the inside (drill the rivits and remove the window regulator before smashing the old lock out with a hammer, chissel and dremel. The front doors are a bit more tricky as the door cards have screws on the bottom. You may be able to get to them by removing the front seats but im not sure. There is also two types of rivets on the front doors one for the panel and some for the speaker. I have a guide some where ill find it and PM you the link. I managed to get some aftermarket locks on ebay for 45 posted ill get the link. Skoda wanted 120 a lock. Or 500 a door to do the work for me. If you need any more help just ask :)

Hi and welcome aboard.
