Very impressed

Featured Replies

Got my renewal through from CKnott and wasn't that much lower than last year. A quick shop around and some proof of a lower quote emailed to a very helpful lady called Dawn, and I'm about £300 better off and a very happy customer.

Thoroughly recommended.

That kind of thing always annoys me. If they could have offered a lower price then they should from the word go.

Pleased for you though. It's always better off in your pocket than theirs!!

So thy tried to fleece you out of £300 until you proved you could get it cheaper elsewhere? And you're happy about this? I'd be upset more than anything as obviously they are just trying it on.

I have to admit that it would have been good manners to go with the people who gave the cheaper quote. They're obviously trying hard to give a good deal and you shafted them for their effort.

It's the insurer's invited rate that's offered at renewal don't forget, not Chris Knott's. That's why it's good to have us there to use your alternative quote as ammo and negotiate with the insurer on your behalf if you do get a better quote. If they want to keep you they have to respond.
