Silly wheel question

Featured Replies

Just a quick question, I know the Monte's wheels are a 43 offset? would i be able to fit a 35 offset without damage, or do I need spacers? (only ask as I'm looking a a set but the offset is 35)

Not really my line but me thinks you may have to do a bit of measuring to be sure. Having said that, someone here will no doubt be along with a much better answer than mine. Good luck!

I run 7½x17 ET35 without any problems on wintertyres.

My summer tires is 7x17 ET38 and ET35 shouldn´t be a problem.

They'll be fine.

Thought montes were et41 standard.

Thanks guys, off to eBay for those wheels then

You can't use spacers to make ET35 wheels into ET41's - but you can space ET41's to fit like ET35's..

Original vRS Gigaro wheels ar ET41 and 57.1mm bore. Pro Lite Wolfrace I recently bought are 72.6mm bore and ET35 and fit fine, albeit fitting hub spigots are a must or you are risking a "square wheel sundrome" ;).
