Unknown resistance on wheels?

Today, during brake testing, I’ve found a problem (see the picture).

There is a 60 KN resistance on front wheel axle immediately when rollers start to spin (before I even touch the brakes).

It would be appreciated if someone can advise what is going on???

Thx..

sticky caliper/ caliper sliders or wheel bearing, can only really be one or the other i would think,

It's not bearings, because when we lift the car, wheels are hand-spinning easily, therefore it's not caliper sliders either.

I'm not sure, but could it be something wrong with differential?

It's not the bearing because when you take the weight off it it's fine? That makes no sense at all mate.

The gearbox will add drag to the front wheels though but not that much

Bad bearing also entail "a noise", specially when you drive the car at certain speed. I am almost 100% certain that it's not wheel bearings. Also, it is unlikely that bout of bearings are bad at the same time, with the exact amount of rolling resistance, mate!

It looks like something is wrong with differential or generally within this area, but nobody knows what. I've been told that there was a few people more with similar problem, so I am hoping to find someone here for advice.

You're out by a factor of 100, the graph is in Newtons, not Kilo Newtons. Looking at your graph it's 600 N which I presume is over both wheels, so you could be looking at 300 N from each wheel. A dragging brake would be my first guess.

I cant see the brakes applying 6 tons of effort before they're applied, you wouldn't be able to drive the car.

It was misspelling, I apologize :)

To sum up, there is 60 kg of resistance on graph (not 6 kg) and it's to much.

Update:

It's 600N each, but the picture is not too good.
