Also will the s3 r32 fit? And are these bigger again?

Fronts on all octys are 288mm or less. Only one bigger is the vrs with 312mm

Iirc the s3 only has 312mm same.

Rears are 256mm vented on the vrs but not sure on the 4x4. Might be same.

R32 have twin piston 343mm brakes off hand and will need wheels with certain et to go over them.

LCR has brembo 323mm brakes and are best option for front imo and do need 17" rims and pos spacers.

The vRS setup will be a nice upgrade tho.

Rear 4x4 brakes are solid discs so the vrs one is an upgrade

Can do you some 312 fronts if you need ;-)

standard octy is 288, vrs is 312, difference is the cariers, calipers are the same.

rears on the vrs are vented, 4x4s are solid.

r32 are 334, though the 323 LCR setup performs way better as is lighter, and four pot not two.

the s3 uses the same setup as the vrs, so is 312mm.

This is a lot better than the 288s you have due to the disc size alone.

so do you mean i will only need carriers for my front  put the larger front 312mm disc on? also carriers for the back the be able to get vent disc on?

Yup fronts will work rears wont.

rear quattro ones will work on 4x4

4x4 rears need a spacer for use on the fwd cars hence them not working

apologies for that, working from some duff info

4mo carrier part numbers to look out for:

8N0 615 425 B

1J0 615 425 F

No probs snowy M..! was not having a pop, just making sure info was out there for all

No worries realised you weren't having a pop

Just hope no one has wasted any money buying the wrong setup on my account

I myself have a set of vrs calipers and carrier which where waiting to go on the car

Think how boring cars would be if they worked properly from factory and manufacturers didn't **** about with 1000s of random part versions :giggle:

Never buy a Peugeot then. I got some brake discs once and GSF had to send 3 different sets because they were all for my car apparently. This was an ordinary 1.6 hatch, it's ludicrous.
