Hi guys I've bought this egr delete

I have got a blanking plate as well from darkside.

What else do I need to put it on the car?

Hopefully fitting it this week so any help or links would be appreciated.

You'll probably need to have something done to deal with the warning light that will be on.

As said above it'll probably throw a eml light at some point, you could get someone with vcds though to turn down the egr settings.

Doesn't Jabbasport have a sister company in Glasgow that might be able to map out the EGR?

I'm not bothered about the warning light. I think ill be getting a map in August. The car has 10 months mot as well so it's not an issue.

Do I need anything for the hole at the top of the delete?

Think it's GI Motorsport in Kilmarnock. Looks like they can do custom maps as well as generic.

I went ahead and fitted it today. Blocked off the vacuum hose which is at the top.

Anyone know what to do with the other one that's attached to a black box type part which is detachable from the egr?

I've just detached it and left it in the engine bay for now
