Not sure what this is and if any one can help

I've noticed the last few weeks when I have turn left tight there is a noise coming from the front drivers wheel.

It sounds like steel rubbing on steel or something stuck in the brakes.

But the only thing is it only does it turning left on full lock and only when going forward?

I'm stuck

Doesn't sound like the cv joint as I have had them go before and they normally click

Any ideas

Could be a stone stuck in the brakes somewhere?

Backplate possible?
