Started a thread about the boot lock earlier in the week, can someone please delete that one please?

Both my boot and my rear passenger door have stopped working with the central locking at the same time. The boot lock does cycle faintly on pressing the unlock button and is permantly unlocked. The door is deadlocked. Both stopped work at same time. Ive checked wiring and afaik its fine, the door control unit is also fine. Is there a loom anyway that links the rear door/doors and boot lock?

HAve you tried a search on the forum? id be surprised if noone else has had this or a very similar problem already?

Righto guys got the door to work, broken wire in the door.

Now for the boot, investigated this, all wiring is fine and the motor works, tested direct to battery, it actually unlocks on the fob if i lock it manually inside the hatch but it wont lock. I traced wiring as far as possible into the car and its good. So do i need to be looking at the control module?
