My Comments:

I was looking for an upgrade to my existing headlight bulbs for some time now. After checking out www.powerbulbs.com it seemed that the Philips vision plus were the best bet. After seeing many Octavia

Interesting - I found the difference on my Rover 100 rather staggering.

I have uprated the bulbs in the Furby as well, but that's main beam (+ sides) only as I've got Xenons.

It's odd you get a bad spread though, I've heard about that with rally bulbs but not with these uprated ones?

Maybe i just need time to get used to the white light?!? Or maybe the beam spread is Ok for your roads, but we really need the side vision here as things are a mess, and speeds are not very high, so I'd compromise a bit of length for a wider spread.

Will soon take a few pics when its dark and compare it with the old bulbs.

I recently bought Philips Blue Vision H7s with the parking bulbs, white light built with a dab of blue tint. The spread isn't different to the OE bulbs and I I have this fantastic white/semi-blue colour output as a result.

Now I'm looking for H3s to fit into my high-beam sockets.
