Hi has anyone else notice the difference between the pulling of these engines iv swapped from a asz Fabia to a blt one and iv put the blacksmoke 180 on both and they pull totally different could this be different turbos asz feels like boost of power low down and blt boosts all the was through,

They use different software.

Strange,I've got a ASZ and my mates got a BLT neither felt much different at mapped or hybrid stages

Gearbox?

I've just put a BLT turbo on my ASZ engine and felt no difference.

I spoke to Darkside who assured me that other than the exhaust manifold the rest of the turbo is actually identical.

It's really strange as its the exact same map on both as I done it myself, is deff a difference in pull maybe ones on way out hope not :/

BLT injectors nozzles I believe are slightly smaller. This is seen in the mapping as the BLT has different duration to obtain same IQ. injection timing is also different.

Does feel like runs slightly ruff 2 so you recon get the blt map he sells mpg seem crap 2 so thinking it is the map that needs changing

thanks for help people found out that the 2 cars need different maps, so there must be more differences than just the egr cooler people go on about
