Plz advise on possibility to mount this rear tow hook on my Octy, year 2000?

Does it look like an original tow hook for old Octy models?

The reason I'm asking is because I was told that it won’t fit into rear bumper and that bolts position are not correct, but the guy who sold me a car says it's been dismounted from Octavia.

best thing to do is take bumper and crash bar off and try it
