Citigo Sport Test Drive

Featured Replies

Had a quick blast in a Sport this morning.Quite a good little car, fairly nippy even with 2 onboard,AC seemed pretty efficient and as for the gearbox, well no problems there- nice and slick was not noisy and had no problem selecting reverse which seems to be the main complaints on various forums. Now do I trade in my Yeti for one?.Decisions,decisions.

3600 miles on mine and it fits what I want down to a "T". Far better on fuel than the 500 was and even though it only has 60ps its more than enough for the job.

Far easier for my younger brother to drive having just passed his test than the said 500.

Would I swap one for a Yeti.......you know I've an Octavia and to be honest it does the job just as good as what the Octavia can do (general driving and needs), just a little slower. But the Octavia can do the extra jobs i.e. load lugging etc. But if I didn't have the need for that then yes the Citigo would do me fine.

Yay. It all depends on what you do day to day in the Yeti. If it's a commute then I'd swap it in a heartbeat.

Yeah, i echo what others say, It depends what you need.  If it's a commuter car then the Citigo is perfect. If it's a day trip or motorway cruise with just passengers it's great again.

But if you want to move luggage and large items then you might be better off in the Octavia.

I had a test drive in the citigo sport yesterday, what a great little car.I was very impressed :)
