How do I do this?

From memory, the button that resets the mileage display on the dash, hold that down for 10 seconds, then whilst still holding this button down, turn the ignition on (don't start the car) then keep holding that button down until --- comes on the display. I think that's right.

It is but I don't think it's explained very well. I didn't understand it at first.

It's explained perfectly. Try reading it out loud, it made sense to me when I did that.

Is this just to say oil change time? Mines on and i put my manual somewhere safe which means i cant find it.

How do I do this?

A. Switch off ignition

B. Press and hold in the trip button

C. Switch on ignition

D. Wait aprox 10 seconds, until ------- appears

E. Switch off ignition

F. Release trip button

G. Switch on ignition

This should clear your service light
