Anyone else ever had a problem with water coming in through the drivers door seal?

This only happens when it's really chucking it down.

Is it an easy fix to replace the door seal?

I have on the passenger side of my estate.

It didn't need to be chucking down. It would do it on wet roads when not actually raining.

Although it doesn't seem to have done it this winter (and nothing's been adjusted)... Curious.
