Puddle problem

Featured Replies

From a Suzuki Swift 1.5 2008, my girlfriend noticed a puddle forming behind the passenger side wheel, took it off to have a look and it's coming from a small tube/pipe. It doesn't seem to have been broken and I don't have a clue where it leads to!

It seems like water coming out, It's very clean!

It's near the top right of the pic.

Any help will be appreciated!

Looks like a drain pipe to me, for letting water out of a spare wheel well for example

Looks like the drain for the air conditioning system, nothing to be concerned about.

Thanks guys

So it could just be letting out more water than usual because its been used a lot today because of the weather?

If the car has air-con and it has been running for a long period, then yes.  Have you washed the car today? It could be a drain for the scuttle/ sunroof (if fitted).

Its a condensation drain for the Air-Conditioning. Nothing to worry about. You been using the Air-Con a lot recently?

Air con has been on for a while today, it's probably happened before but only now I've noticed it lol
