BUTTONS NEXT TO THE GEAR STICK ON THE CENTRE CONSOLE.

Been in contact with skoda parts and they advise no spare blank universal buttons.

Want to use a factory fit style button to hard wire an accessory into car that i can control turning off and on when i want whether in the car or not and whether the ignition is on or off.  (i.e.Not ignition live or continiously live)

Only option would be to use a button for an optional extra item not already fitted to my car at the factory..

They advise there are buttons for:-

ON THE RIGHT

Parking sensors front (park assist)

Parking sensors rear (park assist)

Electric tailgate release

ON THE LEFT

Traction control

ESP

Tyre pressure sensors

Start stop ON/ OFF  (WANT TO USE AS AN ON / OFF BUTTON)

They think the switches only fit in the top three button holes as the fourth button position are angled and cant find any buttons that would fit in these holes.

QUESTIONS FOR THE FORUM

DOES ANYONE HAVE BUTTONS IN ALL 8 HOLES POSITIONS NEXT TO THE GEAR STICK IN THE CENTRE CONSOLE IN THEIR CAR THEY COULD PHOTO AND POST SO I CAN SEE THE BUTTONS.

Does anyone have the start / stop button fitted that they could pull out and photo the connection on the back as skoda can not advise how many connectors are on the rear.

Has anyone got buttons in the bottom two hole positions?

I have one on my s spec, ESP

even i  :hi: m searching for the same :giggle:
