Finally got round to removing all the seats and hovering it our good and proper then wet vac the carpets and seats.

a wet vac and some rug doctor solution then a rince.  sorted.  PITA tho to do.  really wish they made the Fabia like the Octavia vRS with white centres and door cards and even floor carpet lol with leather outer on the seats.
