guys

the glow plug light is flashing on our 1.4 2008 fabia diesel. the engine management is also lit. I have read about the brake light switch on the earlier fabias....could this also affect the fabia ii

if not, what are the likely causes? glow plugs? sensor?.....any help appreciated.

forgot to mention that the brake lights are working fine.

there are 2 contacts in the brake light switch, 1 does the actual lights the other  is a link to the engine management to cut power if you brake etc

 

many issues cause those symptoms get the car scanned for fault codes and that will pin point the issue for you

lights have gone out
