Q- Hi, I am about to order a new Ocatvia, Can you tell me If I can order extras that are not shown in the UK brochure but are for the Ireland one, and the rest of Europe, e.g footwell lights, and front passenger seat isofix.

also I am aware of a few issues, I was planning to order a sunroof on my Hatch Octavia, are these still available as I have heard rumour they are being stopped for a period. and Finally will the chrome trim be available again in the near future.

They replied

A - Hi Ryan,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We can only order accessories in the UK brochure. Anything not in there, won't be available through our ordering system.

Sunroof for the Hatchbacks and Panoramic Roofs for the estate are available and open to order in the UK.

The chrome trim surrounds have been pulled from specification and we currently have.

That last sentence doesn't seem finished. Do you reckon you'll make an order soon?

Yeah, I am waiting on a bit of money of money being freed up, was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago,  as soon as its sorted im straight down the dealers to get it sorted.

Dealers used to be able to fudge orders to add items, but the system now blocks anything not UK or brand spec.

at least the sunroof doesn't look like its an issue
