Hi all just found a Octavia tdi estate 2006 after loooking around its a ex company car with 130,000 full history a bit of info please when are the cambelt changes due on these? any else to check? or i should check when view again tomorrow?

Cambelt is every 4 years. Used to be longer but vag changed it. Just like any other car usual checks apply.

Not sure for the diesel but 90k rings a bell (70k on the TFSI)

 

Most people hit the 4yr limit first.

Its time to change belt and.don't forget the waterpump. Around here is between 350 and 400 euros.
