Just ordered some rear tints to do the lights as above only doing the light sections, leaving the red well alone!!

Pre face lift rear light plus flyeyed red, no badges, no rear wiper and US tailgate.

I wasnt comfortable tinting the sidelights and brake lights you just know in this day and age if someone hits you up the arse that'll be the reason they give. I done the indicators and reverse lights, very subtle but gives a nice effect. (Grr666 takes credit for the original idea)

I've ordered the vinyl to do this light mod I have the face lift light, did you do it to the inside of the lens or outside? If you did the inside how'd you take them apart??

It's the outside you do

Yup, I made cardboard stencil shapes to fit the gaps then cut  

around them onto the lamin x to make pre cut custom fit 'stickers'.

Managed to do them without any waste that way.  

 

Right, definetly.. Done mine that way.. Passed mot with flyeyes on no problem..

Next question the black badge on gr888 and mats black green badge both look pretty cool. Any ideas where I can one?

Black badge is a skoda part, usually found on a Fabia engine cover.  

Can be ordered from a main dealer but will need some sodding about to make it fit

as the badge isn't curved and where you stick it on the car is.

The green badge is probably a Pastyboy badge. See the group buy

forum as theres one on the go at the moment. Half the site have Pasty badges

and they are very high quality.he's doing his 9th group buy of them.  

Also you can have whatever you want (within reason) so more scope to be individual.

Also a lot less work, just peel and stick.

Started de-badging the rear today.

Then gonna move the VRS logo beneath the Skoda logo once changed.

Then onto light tints.

Got some new badges on the way from Pastyboy!
