Vrs Mk2 Vs Mk3

Featured Replies

My Black CR Vrs estate went in for it's 3rd and last free service at 30k miles yesterday and in the 14 months since new it has not put a foot wrong. When I picked my car up it was sitting next to a race blue Mk3 Vrs and the salesman took the opportunity to get me to change cars.

So, I had a good look around and it was interesting to have them side by side but having compared the two I will not be changing.

More BHP- I am happy with 170.

Styling- Very nice but a huge amount of money to pay for the nice looking exhausts.

Interior- It looks a bit snazzier.

Value for money- erm no. No VAT free or other offers.

I am exactly the same mind frame as you there. Yes the new one is nice, but I cannot justify to myself the cost. I have had mine just over two years and still love it as much as the day I picked it up (after a 6 month wait)
