2011 Vrs CR, Slight juddering under accleration, any ideas?

Wondered if anyone can advise on juddering under hard acceleration. In straight line through the revs at full throttle or near full throttle (slip road, hard shoulder or of roundabout type conditions) i get slight juddering through the wheel, not overly severe but still noticeable, tyres are 3 months old (rainsport 2s) at right pressure and balance has been checked but hasnt solved it, tracking is in tolerance after 4 wheel alignment. At cruise its not present and it normally starts at 40+. Cars done 22000 miles.
