superb 2, 140 bhp,   what if any routine care should I be taking with my egr. Or should I go for a delete @ remap. Done 40k with no issues and expect to do 140k before trading. If it gets clogged, I think uou can clean it up with carb cleaner and elbow grease.

Personally, I use a high cetane fuel (shell fuelsave) plus a drop of Millers in every tank to help reduce carbonising on injectors, EGR, turbo vanes, slower DPF fill-up etc.

The theory says that a high cetane diesel should lead to a quicker and more complete combustion in the cycle than a low cetane fuel, leading to less crap out the exhaust valves.
