had this problem child for about 16 months so far its had a blown head gasket,new steering angle sensor,replacement gearbox,cam sensor ,crankshaft sensor,rear shocks,tem sensor,bump stops,a new bigger battery,one new tyre for the spare.

 

i sort of hate the bloody thing but im also starting to love it and its problems maybe im a sicko :) need to get it spick and span and fully working ,so this will be updated with things i do to it any help with useful suggestions would be good ,has anyone done up a heap like this ? :)

would like to start off with some alloy wheels 14 inch ?  :)

looks alright actually the things i'd do to it if i had it based on my car would be

 

remove the rear stickers

de-badge the rear except the skoda badge as it leaves two holes maybe then get the modern black ones

black wrapped grill 

hubcaps that match or get 14'' alloys as you mentioned and have a guy swap the tires over

and i'd 100% get new plates made up or get the metal ones cause those ones look a tad comical lol

and maybe yellow tinted foglights?

 

i'd try keep it cheap and cheerful at the end of the day it is a 1.4mpi same as mine they aren't exactly economical or have epic performance mind you i've shocked a few bigger cars  ;)
