I have replaced the window motor after it broke, once i finished the drivers side window panel no longer worked except to lock and unlock the drivers side door only. The boot central locking will unlock and lock all doors BUT the drivers side. 

 

After taking the battery off and back on now the window will work but nothing else still so i cant use any other window from that panel or lock any doors but the drivers side. I also noticed that the electric mirrors are no longer working.

 

The locking also stands for using the key on the drivers side door, i also cant open or close all windows by holding the lock open. 

 

so basically on the window switch panel

• no central locking only drivers side
• only drivers side window no others

and on the door generally

• no electric/heated mirrors
• no central locking with the key

I tried using the same windows switch panel off another car which had the same problems in the car, also tried mine in theirs and it worked perfectly in there car. 

 

I have seen that what seems to be the obvious problem will maybe be the loom, but up until i replaced the broken window motor everything worked on that panel nothing was broken at all. I haven't yet tried the original motor back in the car going to do that now. is there anything else it could be?
