Yeti has sprung a leak!

Featured Replies

Well, I was driving along this afternoon and two children were squirting cars with water pistols (as they do around here) so I decided to switch on the headlights and hit the screen wash so as the headlight washer would operate and drown the little beggars!

Worked a treat with the kids laughing and running away drowned.

Anyway, got back home and Yeti is loosing all its screen wash water out the bottom of the bumper.

Out with the torx drives and removed the inner wing, on the front of the screen wash reservoir the pipe for the headlight washers had come off, pressed it back on and all is good again now!

Nice one James, I nearly spat my coffee over my PC when I read the first part, I must remember that one  :giggle:  oh and the check for the washer bottle pipe just in case my judgement is the same

Brilliant!,

I got my Dad when I first got my car and took round to show him.

Just check the washers are working when I do this  :giggle: we are speaking again now.

Apparently, Ottie soaked the Heritage Yeovil receptionist during her (Otka's) PDI checks last week. It's a standard workshop prank...

I'm very happy for you!  :)

Okay I realise it could be read with more than one meaning.

Swap 'got' for 'Drenched'  is it that right now?  :giggle:
