Looking for some new wheels bit confused about offsets etc would 18x 8.5 with an et of 35 be ok lowered

OE spec for 18" wheel is 7.5 wide and ET51. Use a wheel offset calculator to compare to your replacement rims.

I have 8x18 ET45 and that's just about perfect IMO.

ET35 is a bit low tbh, could work with a narrow rim but with 8.5 wide you'll most likely rub.

    What about 17" 7 inch wide with an et45 lowered? Would that be ok? Or would I need spacers?
