Best way to remove scuffs and nicks on interior trim

So i have a few nicks/scuffs in my boot area on the plastic trims and runners where the parcel shelf draws across (i have an estate)

Whats the best way to get rid of these?

I think i read somewhere, maybe here?, to use a heat gun over them? Best technique for this?

Any other suggestions?
