Hi guys i need abit of advice on witch oil is best and how much id i need for a oil and filter change on my fabia vrs BLT??

Use any oil which has spec VW 505.01 approval.

you'll have to buy 5 litres but only need about 4 litres for the oil change

leaving you a litre for tops ups or save up 4 left overs for a free one on the 5th service :)
