AP coilovers more problems from GNJ motorsports

Featured Replies

My mate is fitting them and said

Number 1,

theres no lockers on the rear adjusters, there should be a tapped hole with a grub screw they are slack and will just vibrate to lowest setting

Number 2,

thinks there should have the clips for the abs sensor cable and the lockers on the rear spring cups.

Have I got a bad batch and is the above 2 comments true?

1. Didn't use the rear adjusters so don't know.

2. I just cable tied the abs sensor out if the way of everything

There is no lockers on kw rear cups either and they don't vibrate to lowest setting :)

And do they not have tabs like this?

Im pretty sure re used the clip for the wire off my standard setup and put it on the aps.

There is no locker on the rears as they do not twist like the front they stay in place and the weight and spring pressure is enough to keep them in position. But wound all the way down is a good height for every day driving.

Thanks

Same as above I took the adjusters out the rears but they wouldn't move anyway and I used the original wiring clips though cable ties would work fine.
