New owner found mystery part on floor behind drivers seat

I bought my Octavia II 1.9 TDI DSG a month ago. Its doing very well but I just found this steel pin rolling around the floor behind the drivers seat and wonder if some kind person could identify it for me so I know where to put it back !! Pictures attached. Its about 50mm long by 10mm diameter, has wear marks ont and was slightly greasy. Thanks very much.

Part of the seat mechanism?

It's a pretty standard roll pin. The most likely candidates are something that was picked up off the workshop floor, the handbrake, and the seat mechs.

Surprising mpg Octavia Estate

On a journey from Cotswolds to Mid Wales (109 miles), I achieved 69mpg. Anyone else achieving similar returns? Journey was part motorway - M5, Gloucester to Worcester South - then Kidderminster, Bridgenorth, Shrewsbury. Cheers

Hello everyone, Recently, I had to replace both the front and rear CV joints on the prop shaft due to vibrations coming from the AWD system. While inspecting the driveshaft, I noticed that the center support bearing (carrier bearing) is completely worn out and has excessive play in all directions. Has anyone here gone through the procedure of replacing the center support bearing on a Skoda Superb Mk3 2.0 TDI 4x4? Is the bearing available separately, or does it only come as part of the complete

Hi, Not having much joy resolving my ABS issues. SKODA SUPERB (3V3) 2.0 TDI (110 kW / 150 hp), 2016, 150K miles ABS issues started with poor battery on start, battery has been replaced and coded, issue remains. Can see issue is with rear left, on my reader due to wheel speed being 1/3 the other wheels. Fault would appear after 25 meters of driving. Replaced rear left sensor and wheel bearing (magnetic ring mostly disintegrated). Now 0 wheel speed on rear left. 10.5 volts on FL, RR and RL
