So I performed the polo rear wiper mod, but the end cap wont click back on, does it need sanding down to fit or have it done something wrong?

 

Does the assembly need pulling out more?

I've found two of them and merged them, report any duplicates that get made and we'll sort them.

So why is it some people sand them and others just fit :/ ?
