Im looking for a 4 bar fuel pump and come across thus one. Please help :-)

Looked at the one ending in .g. its from the quattro tt and picks up fuel from both sides of the tank does this matter? Whats the difference between the cupra r and the quattro pump? Found one on the bay for 40 + postage.

Both pumps are dual outlet

 

The H version feeds the second outlet back into the bottom of the swirlpot

 

The G version feeds fuel across to the other side of the saddle tank in a 4x4 - then pumped back by a venturi

 

Also has a electrical connection to the second float

The part number is for the fuel delivery unit eg plastic swirlpot and holder & fuel tubes inbetween

 

The actual pumps do not have a VAG part number (not that I've seen anyway)

 

The one I had just had VDO stamped on the body of the actual pump

 

Never been able to link a VDO part number to a specifc VAG delivery unit

Ordered the h one :-)
