Hi can anyone tell me where the air recirculation vent is please, I want to spray antibacterial freshner in it because my aircon is starting to smell mouldy.

Is it a big job to change the pollen filter too?

Pollen filter is easy, but it will rip your hands to shreds if you dont remove the skuttle panel, but do-able.

Thanks for link very helpful, maybe a stupid question but would the filter be in the same place regardless if its a left or right hand drive?

It's on passenger's side

Is the recirculation intake vent the black thing below the gear stick on the centre column at the passenger side footwell?

Its directly below the pollen filter (think about it )

 

To access it, you need the glovebox out and the blower motor.  Its just a flap controlled by a motor/lever which determines what the motors air intake is.
