Decision decision ive been offered a columbus for £350 but it doesn't come with the gps antenna and I would have to connect the bluetooth up or buy a parrot im guessing and I dont have the columbus trim or I can have the ANS620 for £400 fully fitted with bluetooth and gps atenna and added options of linking a usb from the back. My heads saying columbus as its standard to the car my gut saying the Ans because the money saved and the more for your money feel and it made to look standard whats everyones opinion columbus or ANS620

Cheers

I found myself in exactly the same predicament. I heard a couple of bad reviews regarding the radio and sound quality of the Ans. I ended up getting a 2012 Columbus RNS510 off eBay for 330 delivered. Then just needed the new trim which was 60 and a GPS antenna for a tenner. No Bluetooth but that doesn't interest me. No need to pay for fitting as its straight out and in. Glad I kept it with original parts and looks the business!!

I have the option to go for the columbus Part number 3T0035680E or 3T0035680C both at the same price which one do i go for and whats the major diffrence is it only that the 680E has a LED screen rather then a LCD and would i require any coding..they would be fitted to a 2010 FL octy VRS no maxidot or steering wheel controls.

Come to a decision. . Not getting a cloumbus no more haha instead im just going to fit a parrot mki9200 and buy a tom tom go with unlimited europian maps and traffic updates over all the cost of these two items will just come to £250 and I will have a usb connectivity iphone ipod connection aux connection meaning I can play music through my original speakers using the parrot ill also have fully integrated bluetooth for my phone and can stream music to and the tom tom will provide the occasional navigation for when im doing long journeys so im quids in really and get everything I want problem solved only thing I would need to know is can you run aftermarket speakers off the bolero does it have the wattage capabilities.

With regards to wattage. It probably does around 10wrms per channel so you will need speakers designed for it.
