Haynes do not publish a manual for the Octavia II. Which manual published by Haynes for the VW family are most useful for a 1600cc FSI Octavia II Elegance Automatic?

 

They do publish one for the Octavia II although its the diesel only upto 2012. I suggest you get this unless its anything engine electonics related. If it is anything engine / electronics related then i suggest taking it to a main dealer as Haynes are a bit vague at best.

There's a Golf/Jetta one (4610) they do that does cover petrols, so between the two, you should be able to get most things.

If you're not doing lots of work then it may be ok to just borrow it from your local library. It suited my purpose, & saved a few bob.
