Welcome to Briskoda. :) Yes to your first question - don't know about the second.

as the first question has been answered, the answer to the second is also Yes. It's made by autoleads and is packaged to fit the MK5 Golf. They share the same design of stereo, so the plate is the same (also your dealer may be able to get one as the options book shows a Blaupunkt DAB radio, which would need such a cover)
