Im after some advice. I ordered my Mk3 Octavia vRS on July 20th and placed my deposit.

Should I of received a build date or at least a delivery date by now?

Also I'm getting rather frustrated that they have took my deposit, yet since then iv heard nothing. Iv emailed regularly with various question and had nothing back, which i know the easy answer is phone them but thought by emailing would allow not a massive rush to get back to me but its being 1-3week since the various emails have been sent.

Any help welcome.

Can you get the opportunity to phone , ask the Receptionist the name of the Sales Manager, or the name of the Dealership Manager,

Then ask to speak to them.

If not available ask if they can call you back when they are available.

 

Then ask that person.

Or if you are near the Dealership go in and ask, but do not speak to a Salesperson.,

They have already shown ,that they are 'Not fit for purpose'.

Last time i called i did ask for a different sales rep to help me and they passed me back to my sales rep. Im considering contacting the sales manager to speak to him. As i have asked regularly about the wheels I'm having and the sales rep has said still waiting then the same day the area manager got me a price which says to me the sales rep hasn't got an interest in my sale now he has my deposit

Name and Shame.

Can't see a problem really about name and shame, your hard earned money is been given away to someone who sounds like he ain't bothered.

Id rather get it sorted first before naming and shaming when i have not escalated the issue to someone higher than the sales rep

And where they have they will not be likely to stay there.

Where i bought my mk2 fabia vrs and mk2 octavia vrs, customer service was fantastic but they couldn't match the price anywhere near
