Installing an IO Play2 Bluetooth Kit

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am in the process of installing an IO Play2 Bluetooth Handsfree kit to my Skoda Octavia 1.9 TDI (PD).

I need to get access to a switched supply for this appliance but can't seem to find one in the vicinity of the stereo.

Anyone know where would be best to take this supply from? It has to be switched.

Thanks and best wishes

Dan

Take it from the fuse box on the side of the dash on the drivers side. There are a few in there you can take it from. Your best using one of the fuse piggy back adapters

I had one in an old e36 BMW, superb bit of kit. Even did nav voice over the stereo, great for an old BMW!

Dan, how did you get on with your play 2? Currently have an old parrot I'd like to swap for BT streaming and wondered what your thoughts were on this bit of kit?
