I've just won a garrett pd130 turbo which I intend on keeping as a spare for if (when) my standard KKK one eventually dies.

It's supposed to be fully working but ill take that with a pinch of salt. There is no play in the shaft and no damage to the impeller but for all I know the seals or something are gone.

Who do you guys recommend for a basic rebuild and how much am I likely to pay? I would consider getting it turned into a hybrid but only for reliability purposes.
