I have a MY2011 Superb with a Columbus on FW 3974 (also didnt work on 2xxx) and Bluetooth module 3C8 035 730 A.

 

I'm trying to get BT streaming to work with a HTC Desire HD and a Huawei W1. Specs of both say they have A2DP and AVRCP 1.3 but I find although both will connect as media players I can only push music from the phones to the Columbus, there are no controls buttons lit up on Columbus or music titles presented.

 

The HTC Desire is on Android 2.3.5 stock and tried the default media player, poweramp and winamp. Connected with both RSAP and Handsfree protocols and deleted profile before trying each.

 

The W1 windows phone is version 8.0 and using default player.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what is wrong or got either of these working?
