Love it!

And I just have to say that engine sounds sexual, seriously considering ditching the TDI based on that alone lol ;-)

lol.. I'll look out for you, I'm in cumbria, I have a black vRS fabia estate, and swmbo (blackandwhite) has a white citygo :)

Nice to know other Cumbrian's are on here. I'm in the Whitehaven area and I'll have to keep an eye out for you. I'll probably be more visible once my Octavia arrives lol or maybe if I'm in the wife's Citigo :-)

Very nice, I enjoyed that a little too much!!! Thanks for posting :)

we are not far off, cockermouth area :)

Thanks Dave, nice find. They were almost as quick as you round there :)

I'd love the TSI version but will have to make do with the TDI for now with the mileage I'm doing. Still, build week 37 according to the dealer today, so may be here before the end of September or early October.

No worries about the TDI, the sound generator will make sure to flatter you with some lovely TSI sound too!  :giggle:

That was a great video. Nice one. Thanks for posting.

It does, but you do realise the

Mic has been attached outside the cabin ( somewhere just in or outside the engine bay I assume) right? It's not the noise from the cabin.

I wouldn't really ditch the TDI for that alone tbh, was a little bit of playful sarcasm.

Not sure where the mic was but did sound nice :-)

I hope he's been around that before. I note the sat nav map is moving... seem to recall jon (taviaRS) doing high 8min low 9's in his mk1 tdi; slightly modified & dry. So given traffic and dampness, nice drive!
