I'm just considering buying a new Octavia vRS and am impressed by Jecco's car on www.octaviars.com (gallery, black RS).

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a WRC-style rear spoiler, and what make/model/size those wheels are ?

Also, I'd like to up the performance slightly - where would current owners suggest I go for such work ?

I think these are from Milotec (ffelan has one too), which can be bought at JHM Butt (http://www.jhmbutt.co.uk).

Now this comes down to personal preference, but everyone will tell you that Jabbasport (http://www.jabbasport.com) will give you the best results for your car.

Sorry that I can't help you with the wheels, but I suspect they are 18"s.
