Audi A1 seats into a Fabia MK1?

Featured Replies

Hi, I'm selling a set of front and rear Audi A1 sportback (4 door!) seats from my wife's A1 in the classifieds as we've fitted full leather.

I'm very confident that the fronts are pretty much 'bolt in' based on the dimensions of the runners and the bolt hole spacing.

With respect to the rear seats, another forum member has measured his standard Vrs seats and they seem to correspond directly with the dimensions of the Audi ones, but does anyone know for sure if they are an easy direct fit ?

many thanks in advance :)

Are you coming to castle Combe?

If so you can trial them in my Fabia

:D

Don't scare the man Lee. It's educational to see if it is an exact fit to help with the sale.

I'm interested, but already have leather interior :)

If they are a direct fit, then I and another interested party may look at splitting them between us as per the incoming PM

I'd like to tie this up pre Coombe tbh if possible, as I don't really want to take them on the day without be certain someone will have them.

Also, if we could kindly keep interest in them to the for sale thread please, as this is a genuine attempt to get clarity on how easily they will fit into the Fabia and I don't want to fall foul of the forum rules on linking to for sale threads etc...

I will post up some pic's of the rear seats into the for sale thread, as this may help clarify further.

Thanks for the offers of help :)

Could anyone local to Bristol check if the rears fit in a Fabia MK1?

That's what I was offering to confirm at castle Combe :)

I have a Mk1 vRS and will be in Bristol Saturday.

Don't have a clue how to change the seats, but I'm only working from 9.00 til 10.00... Bloody waste of time for the drive from Hampshire, but hey ho. More than welcome to test on mine chap. Providing you put my seats back otherwise I'm F&**ed!

Chuck me a PM. Happy to come along it'll be a learning curve for me and benefit you too.
