So after fitting my catch can yesterday. I now have an Awesome GTI top breather hose for sale. This is a common weak spot on the 1.8 t vag engine. The standard rubber one is prone to failure. See link below. I only have the top breather and not the pair. £20 posted.

Is the Y shaped one at the top that always goes? Can't really tell from the pic in the link. 

Yep it's the one that comes off of the cam cover to the right as you look at engine from front. The one that always splits.
