Has Autoglym Lifeshine put onto my wife's new Rapid for free when we purchased it a month ago. I phoned the dealer last week to ask if they had registered it yet as we haven't had anything through from Autoglym to be told it can take up to 6 weeks, previously I was told I'd get an email as soon as they had registered it.

 

Is 6 weeks normal or should I start complaining a little louder? I'm not that bothered really but it's more the fact they don't seem to care now they've sold a car!

To be fair he's probably right. There was a large amount of iron deposits along the boot lid when I got the car! Seems to hold it's shine fairly well though so they may have given it a quick spritz!
