Well amongst the other problems the garage HAS CAUSED, there is no throttle upon some start ups. Anyone know what this could be?

 

Car was fine before it went into the garage for a head gasket. Any more info needed, I can provide.

Sounds like it could be the throttle pedal itself.

 

It may be ok with just a clean.

 

Get the throttle pedal out and give it a clean with some electrical contact cleaner. It's sometime just the contact that are mucky.

 

Either that or the cable to it. Try unplugging and replugging first.

Shall tell the garage to give that a go. I doubt it will be though, as I never had any problems before. And as well as this, it barely starts, and dies loads.

However it is still at the garage as I refuse to take it away until its back up and running like it was before
