fuel drain back

Featured Replies

right this is my suspicion with my PD VRS at the moment with my starting issue i think and wondering where is the best place to start looking?

filter hoses and housing?

A friend had a passat with a similar problem. They found that if the car was parked pointing slightly down hill at the front, that the problem disappeared.

I know that means that the fault is still there, and will only get worse, but in the short term their starter motor & battery are not getting hammered.

Probably a tiny little leak on one of the fuel lines, but wouldn't know where to start unless its visibly leaking. Good luck.
